A brief analysis of the development of stage lighting techno

Since the stage came into being, stage lighting has become a part of the stage. Stage lighting focuses on four elements: visual, realistic, aesthetic and performance. It has undergone many years of evolution. Gradually developed into today's more perfect and advanced lighting system. The first prosperity of drama appeared in ancient Greece more than two thousand years ago. Theatres at that time were open or semi-open. The stage lighting relies on the huge "lamp" in the sky - the sun, so it can only be performed in the daytime. The need for night rest and entertainment, the vulnerability of outdoor performances to weather and the development of theatre make stage lighting a problem that people must solve.
 
The success of theatre lighting design is marked by the appropriateness of stage lighting treatment. Stage lighting should not only illuminate the actors, let the audience see facial expressions, expressions and movements, but also make full use of lighting technology, mobilize lighting operation and other means to strengthen the artistic effect, so that the audience has a sense of immersion. Stage lighting installation location, function and lamp configuration stage lighting according to its use function is mainly divided into two kinds: dimming circuit with adjustable light and direct circuit without adjustable light. Stage lighting is generally divided into three types:
 
A. General lighting. It refers to the ceiling light and extended stage lighting rings as part of the ceiling light, as well as the lighting on grape racks and overpasses.
 
B. Key lighting. Finger face light, ear light, column light, side light, foot light, flowing light and low angle surface light of extended stage, inside (outside) side light, turntable flowing light and low pressure socket for music lamp in orchestra.
 
C. Decorative lighting. It refers to the sky light, ground light and the laser effectors used on the stage, tracing, mobile music fountains and all kinds of computer lights.
 
Stage lighting is so important that the above narrative is relatively simple, the following from a technical point of view to analyze:
 
The structure of stage lighting control system can be roughly divided into three modules: man-machine interface module, main control module and bottom control module. The three modules communicate with each other by RS485 bus to transmit data at a fixed baud rate.
 
The function of man-machine interface module is mainly to receive the control instructions of the controller, which can be realized by simple industrial control panel. After receiving the instruction, the module does not translate the instruction, and transmits the key information directly to the main control module through RS485 bus.
 
The master computer is the core part of the whole optical distribution control system, which is responsible for the connection between the upper control interface and the lower hardware control module. The master computer receives the key information from the control module and translates it to form the binary control instruction. Then the master computer composes a complete frame of data according to the received instruction and the address of the related control module, and transmits it to the downlink bus through RS485 bus. Each bottom control module acquires its own data by matching the address. My data.
 
The bottom control module is the hardware device which directly controls the stage lighting action. Because of the large number of stage lights, the number of control modules is generally between 10 and 20. All control modules are attached to the same bus and are programmed independently. When the host computer sends data to the bus, all control modules receive data information, and parse out their own instructions according to the address information contained in the frame structure and execute them.
 
The main functions of the control module of stage lighting control system include two aspects: one is to communicate with the master computer and receive instructions from the upper level. The second is to control the lighting action according to the instruction control hardware circuit. The following two modules are introduced separately.
 
The test of system PC is carried out on PC+WINDOWS2000 platform. The system running software is executed under the pSOS real-time operating system environment. The compiled executable file is loaded from serial port to RAM on hardware platform through simulation RoM, and then the system reads out and executes the program from a fixed address in RAM. Because the hardware platform does not provide a network interface, the online debugging function of pSOS can not be realized. The debugging information can only be obtained through the output information in the process of executing the program.
 
Therefore, the serial port on the hardware is connected with the serial port of the personal computer. The debugging information in the process of program running can be displayed on the screen of the personal computer, so that the programmer can get the debugging information needed.
